Doccle is an online platform for consulting and archiving documents from different suppliers.
All documents are stored in one place and not on various sites with multiple passwords. You and your employees manage and store important documents easily and fully secure. A certain payslip or an unpaid invoice, you will find them easily.


Doccle provides customers of Pay’n People with a consultation and archiving channel of the following documents: pay slips, individual accounts and tax sheets.

As from 1 April 2018, our pricing will change and will be more profitable if you opt for the digital documents. 

The documents are accessible anytime, including via a smartphone app.

They can keep and archive all documents on a platform which can be accessed through their username and password. 

Documents of all their suppliers are available on a single location.

Step 1 : Register on https://doccleregistration.partena-professional.be

Fill in the online form to receive your 'token’ to consult and archive your payslips, individual account and tax sheet on Doccle.

To do so, have the following information handy:

  • National Number (INSS): this is listed at the back of your identity card.
  • Employee number: this is indicated on your payslip under the heading 'employee'. This is the 3rd series of numbers that make up the reference of your account.
  • Employer number: this is listed on your payslip under the heading 'employee'. This is the 2nd series of numbers that make up the reference of your account.


Step 2 : You receive an email containing a link

With this link, you can validate your registration and create your account on Doccle. By clicking on this link, a ‘token’ is generated and you will be redirected to a secure page on www.doccle.be.


Step 3 : Create a new account or use your existing account to connect with Partena Professional

You now have access to the Doccle platform.

There is no need to enter your 'token'. Everything is done automatically!

You are automatically connected with Partena Professional.

Step 4 : Get started with Doccle

Congratulations! You are now a Doccle user!
